1. Services

AIAirComfort offers smart climate control hardware devices designed to optimize home environment comfort through AI technology. These devices are sold as products, with accompanying software and support services.

2. Products

Our devices are physical products shipped to your designated address. All products undergo quality inspections prior to shipment. You are responsible for providing accurate address information for delivery.

3. Information Products

In some cases, we may provide digital informational content relating to device usage, optimization tips, or environmental data analysis. Such information products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

4. Services

We may also provide ancillary services such as remote device configuration, installation assistance, or ongoing support via phone or email.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via the contact form. Verified defective products are eligible for refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns will be reimbursed only in cases of product defect.

Due to the nature of our smart devices and their custom configurations, products returned without defect will not be eligible for refund.

5.2 Information Products

All sales of digital informational products are final and non-refundable as access is granted immediately upon purchase. However, if technical issues prevent access, please contact us within 7 days for support or resolution.

5.3 Services

For ancillary services, refund eligibility depends on the service type:

• If the service has not commenced, you may request a full refund.
• If the service has begun, refunds are not provided, but we may offer to reschedule or transfer service appointments based on mutual agreement.

6. Service Transfers

Services may be transferred to another date or to another eligible party upon agreement. Please contact support to arrange any transfer. Transfers do not incur fees if notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
